You can book by consulting our website and contacting our offices directly:

  • Send us a request;
  • By writing to us via email;
  • By calling the number;
  • Notify the acceptance of the estimate;
  • Via email or by phone and the appropriate booking form will be sent to you;
  • Refine your booking;
  • It is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount, as a deposit, within 7 days. It is then necessary to send the completed booking form, a copy of the payment made and a copy of an identity document of the person booking, to the email address.

Balance payment

Upon arrival, a check will be made of the conditions of the apartment and of the equipment in place, verifying your satisfaction. In the event of a positive outcome, the balance of the amount will be required.


Upon arrival, as a deposit you will be asked to provide us with the details of your valid credit card to guarantee the conditions of the accommodation.

The reason why a credit card is required is that the agency will block a sum on the card as a security deposit. The amount is not withdrawn, but only blocked. When the customer returns the accommodation without damage, the deposit is released within 7 days.

If you do not have a credit card, you will be asked to pay the sum in cash. This amount will be returned upon check-out, after checking the condition of the apartment.

Terms of cancellation

The Customer can withdraw from the contract up to thirty days before the expected date of arrival, by written communication that must be received within the aforementioned term in In this case, the Customer will be refunded the amount of the deposit paid, minus 60 euros (fixed costs of management of the practice), within seven working days from the communication of the withdrawal.

If the withdrawal is communicated after the aforementioned term (over 30 days), the sum paid by the customer will be retained as a booking deposit.

In case of non-presentation at check-in by the Customer, without any prior notice of withdrawal, he will keep the entire deposit received, with the Customer’s obligation to pay the balance (according to the agreed price) within seven working days from agreed arrival date.

In case of impossibility due to Covid, even a few days before arrival (and therefore even after the 30-day deadline), a voucher of the same value as the deposit is issued, for the transfer of the stay in 2022 or 2023. The voucher, in fact, it could be spent on any of our accommodations until 31.12.2023
